Digital Products
All products sold by Resonera Studio LLC are digital downloads (including but not limited to software plugins, virtual instruments, and audio tools). Because these products are delivered electronically, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed, but may be granted under the following circumstances:
- The digital file is defective or corrupted
- The product fails to function as advertised on a supported system
- Technical issues prevent access to or use of the product, and we are unable to resolve the issue
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
What Is Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with unsupported systems, operating systems, or DAWs
- Failure to read the product description or system requirements
- Issues caused by third-party software, hardware, or user error
